Where to begin! Mike was by far the easiest realtor I've ever worked with, both buying and selling my homes. At the very start we listed all of the criteria that we were looking for and he quickly compiled a list of houses that matched it. He would group listings together so that they were easier to travel to and we could quickly knock out 3-4 houses at a time.

Mike really knows his stuff, he would point out anything of concern to us right away and would either give recommendations on how to fix the problem or tell us that it wasn't worth it right away so that we could move on. The house we ended up settling on had a stucco problem and Mike recommended a guy to check it out, within the next day we had an estimate on how much it would be to fix it. He really made the entire process painless. I can easily say he is the sole reason we found our dream home.

Selling our old house was even easier, he let us know the moment we had an offer and handled everything for us. I can not praise this man enough.
